The New Louisiana Cafe was born April 21, 1995, seeking to revolutionize the common conception of a local breakfast eatery. In the years that we’ve been open, we’ve continued to reinvent ourselves in the pursuit
of creating the perfect dining experience for our customers.
Our goal has been, and continues to be, to bring you the best breakfast and lunch experience that the Twin Cities has to offer. We’ve meticulously chosen all of our ingredients to bring you the best of a variety of options that we hope you enjoy. Every entrée has been delicately crafted by our kitchens. Our hot, organic fair trade coffee is picked, roasted, and flown in directly from Brazil. We recycle and use recyclable materials, strive to rein in our carbon footprint, seek to continually learn and improve, and pride ourselves on continuing to give back to a thriving local community that has supported us over the years.
